My name is Eva-Maria, I am a single working mother of two children (a 4-year-old son and a 12 year-old daughter). We have been living on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Mallorca for 8 years. (Discover more: SuccessfulSingleBusinessMom in E.M.More).
My professional journey began as an Operations & Marketing Manager, where I played a key role in establishing an exclusive restaurant within a 5-star-hotel in the south of the island. In the following years, I worked with various companies in administration, marketing, controlling and organisation, constantly expanding my skills and expertise. These experiences led me to take the leap and start my own business at the end of 2019.
Despite the world-famous difficulties of this time and additional personal events (more on this in E.M.Stories), I have managed to successfully master these period and emerge from them even stronger.
That’s when I decided on E.M.Soulutions in the beginning of 2023 to present my business but also my private situation to the outside world. For me personally, it is the longterm way for a successful and happy business single mom. After I finished my A-Level in Austria, I fulfilled my childhood dream and left my home country for the first time. In the following years, I lived in different countries, worked in various fields with interesting cultures and people. Incidentally, I completed my tourism management and language studies (7 until now), traveled around the world and enjoyed life at the fullest.
When I got pregnant for the first time, I went back to Austria, where I started my second studies in Business Management. I continued my Master studies with an internship in an international company. Additionally, I was given the opportunity of an Erasmus scholarship, which I used to leave Austria again, but this time we were 2. I wrote my master thesis on Ibiza and completed my second degree in International Business Management in 2016. Back in Austria for winter holidays after a powerful period, a friend recommended Mallorca as a place to live and work.
